About Us

American Specialty has been helping customers solve their storage challenges since 1991.  Our business started with the goal of  helping Medical Practices with their filing, supplying customers with folders, labels and shelving.  Shortly after our founding, we began storing records in our facility, followed quickly by establishing a records destruction service for our customers.


We soon took our storage expertise into high density mobile shelving (anchor text to www.filingexperts.com), vertical storage (anchor text to www.verticalstoragexperts.com), and other storage products.


As our business began to grow, we began servicing Atlanta the rest of Georgia (anchor text to, and the Winston Salem market.  We now service all of North Carolina, all of South Carolina, all of Georgia with a special emphasis on Atlanta, parts of east Tennessee and parts of north Florida.


In 2005, American Specialty began helping law enforcement and military customer with their weapons storage needs.


In early 2009, we entered another new product arena, modular millwork.
